DAVID PETCHPETCH David David's family would like to thank relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues for attending David's funeral. Grateful thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and staff at Queen Elizabeth's Hospital Birmingham and Ward 34 at University Hospital, Coventry, for their kindness and support during David's brave battle against Leukaemia. We would also like to thank everybody for cards, flowers and donations; and Reverend Barry Jacques for the service and A.J. Lloyd Funeral Directors for their care and professional support.
